In my opinion, an outstanding master in his craft, Daniel has not only been able to exploit my determination and desire to succeed in improving my general fitness level and transform my body shape, strength and stamina, but has also instilled in me a real passion for training.
I first began attending FitBody Result classes over a year ago sceptical of what the outcome would be, as to be quite frank, the idea of having to exercise has never really appealed to me. I did, however, decide to take the plunge and give it a go as my cousin wanted someone to accompany him to the classes. Also, the week before I started I had received blood test results which showed that my cholesterol levels were alarmingly high. Consequently, I was encouraged by my doctor to control my diet and increase (in my case start!) my fitness regime. To my surprise, not only did I thoroughly enjoy the circuit training session so much that I signed up to attend two weekly classes, but I also started personal training (1:1) sessions once a week.
Daniel embodies progressive and realistic change. Through his constructive and positive feedback I retrained my body. In a short time, I not only started noticing the difference in my general health and well-being, but also gained more confidence as an individual. His sessions are all dynamic and motivating and I have genuinely developed a love for exercise. I have exceeded my own personal expectations, undergoing exercises such as box jumping over 6 boxes and executing over 12 minute long planks – all of which I never imagined I would have ever been able to achieve!
I believe a successful ‘Fit Body’ result is all about being in a better shape both physically and mentally. In my eyes, a true representation of such a phrase is epitomised in the teaching quality of Daniel as he has quietly and sensitively discovered the athlete in me that I never knew existed.
Diligent and meticulous at his job, Daniel trains with care and compassion, offering real and achievable training goals. He has all the ingredients of an excellent personal trainer; a trainer who helps to change one’s attitude towards exercising for it to become an ingrained positive habit. Currently feeling healthier, stronger and most importantly, happier in my own skin, I would recommend working with Daniel without reservation.
