I started training with Daniel in a bid to lose some weight and tone up as two pregnancies quite close together definitely takes a toll on your body.
Training with Daniel has not only improved my overall strength and fitness but my self-confidence too. He is always willing to share his expertise and answer any questions you come up with and believe me there were many! His tips on nutrition are excellent and his dedication is clear. I have been challenged and pushed by Daniel and he has taught me a great deal. He makes working out fun and his easy going; friendly personality creates a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
His sessions are varied, which keeps me motivated and wanting more. Daniel has introduced me to many exercises I hadn't done before including the dreaded 'Battle ropes'. Each workout is tailored to you, so you can target different areas and achieve exactly what you have discussed.
Thanks to him I have actually achieved a lot more than I ever expected. Daniel has inspired me to live a healthier lifestyle and reach new goals. I would therefore highly recommend him without reservation.
